Don’t defend someone or something just because it’s your ‘favorite’.
Your favorite author is going to say something shitty.
Your favorite show is going to have terrible episodes or bad actors.
Your favorite actor is going to pull something that they shouldn’t have.
You can like a thing without putting it on a pedestal.
You can like a thing and admit that it still has flaws.
Just because you like something doesn’t mean it has to be perfect.
